Cloakel Capital was formed to solve a simple problem. Good mandates were stalling for preventable reasons. Briefs were vague, files were scattered, and the wrong people were being asked to make decisions with incomplete information. We built a transaction-enablement practice that fixes those failure points. Our focus is making credible opportunities decision-ready and keeping momentum intact from first conversation to closing.
